Professors Ben Yoo (PI) and Bevan Baas (Co-PI) are leading the project “Energy-Efficient, High-Performance, and Reliable Computing with Massively Parallel AsAP and Interconnects,” which develops architectures, applications, circuits, and VLSI designs for fine-grain many-core processor arrays and arrayed waveguide grating router-based optical interconnects and switching, for highly-efficient and high throughput datacenter computing including the fabrication of hardware prototype blades.
