On April 12th, 2019, the UC Davis Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering will be hosting another Industrial Affiliates Symposium in Kemper Hall. With over 150 attendees last year, the department is expecting an even larger turn out this time around. The primary goal of the symposium is to show our industry partners ECE’s wide array of faculty-led, next-generation developments and applications, and demonstrate the innovative research projects of our talented students.

This year the program is highlighted by key-note speaker and UC Davis Alum, Professor Constance J. Chang-Hasnain. The ECE Department is very pleased to announce that Prof. Constance J. Chang-Hasnain from UCB is the recipient of this year Outstanding Alumni Award and will also give the Keynote speech for this year IA symposium. To learn more about Prof. Constance, please see her web page at https://www2.eecs.berkeley.edu/Faculty/Homepages/chang-hasnain.html

Following this, there will be multiple presentations given by faculty members, which will be followed by breakout sessions. After, we encourage the industrial affiliates to interact with students and learn about their research through the poster session and reception.

To all students, faculty, and industrial affiliates interested in attending, please REGISTER for the event at our new website:
