Presentations and Project Meetings
· You need to familiarize yourself with the ideas behind the project assigned to you. In most cases, reading only one paper from the authors does not provide such insight.
· Each presentation should last about 30 minutes. It has to give an overview of the project, contributions, and novelty. In addition, you may want to elaborate one (or some) of the contributions of the project, if you feel the overview is not going to fill out the 30 min slot.
· I suggest you to consult with me in selecting the papers. In any case, send me some links to the webpage, and the papers that you plan to use for presentation. I will put the links on this page for class reference.
· You should try to use slides for presentations. You can either make/download them, or ask the authors to share them with you.
·
New post (11/29): Each group should present their project including overview,
motivation, approach, and results in 20 min. Please check your presentation
date in the table below. You need to have almost finalized results when you
present your project.
