Problem Set #3
1. GHL&M 3.20 except replace both BJTs with n-channel MOS
transistors and assume W/L = 100, lambda = 0, and
chi = 0. Use Table 2.2 for other parameters.
(The idea is this: add a 10k ohm resistor in series with the drain of M1,
then use half circuits to analyze this balanced circuit.)
2. Repeat problem 1 above with SPICE.
3. GHL&M 3.26. (Problem should say 'Determine the worst-case offset ...')
4. GHL&M 3.27. Ignore the body effect. You can use the coupled half-circuits
approach, or you can use the equations derived in lecture for the
case considered here (i.e. only the load resistors are mismatched).
Compare your answers with SPICE.
