OASIS is a complete logic synthesis system based on the Logic3 HDL develped at MCNC (unfortunately neither VHDL or Verilog compatible). kk@mcnc.org is the person responsible for it. OASIS is available to US universities for $500 and non-US universities for $600. Industrial license is $3000.
