Welcome to the Vacuum Microelectronics Group at the University of California, Davis.  Currently we have projects in solid -state electron devices, electronic materials and integrated  circuit fabrication technologies. Specific emphasis is currently given to applications in field emission vacuum microelectronics flat panel displays and low-temperature CVD column-IV epitaxy.
